I tought the new ones, Phil and Met, she wasn’t interested or even listening yesterday when I was teaching them about the franking machine Well, today just proved it! The little fucking bitch (slightly hormonal here X<) was in and out asking me everything again! What’s the code, she asked? It’s in the book, I said. Where’s the book? Where I said it was yesterday. Well, are you going to tell me? No, I said. Ann was there as well, she said, you have to find it. Met went and picked up the note book (it’s in there as well, I showed them that). Is it around here? I gave in a bit; it’s in the note book. She finds it. Is that a 4 or a 7? It’s a 1. She pulled a face. She wrote the number down and went. 20 mins later Phil came back for the manual, he remembered that the crediting code was in there. He brought it back, and 5 mins later I brought it back into the room coz it makes sense to keep them in there now. She was franking, and I said to both of them that I was going to put it in the top draw. She comes in later and asks where the manual is. I tell her that I put it in the draw, didn’t she see or hear me telling her? She just went back again. When they were done they’d even left the code written down on the post it right in front of the machine!
Conclusion:
She doesn’t listen to me at all.

Explanation:
A lot of customers' POBs seem to be going missing, and I need to think of a way to prevent this for happening too often. The most likely reason is that now I've been given other jobs and am no longer ticking the POBs off, they are getting dished out to numerous people, things are getting lost and it's easy to understand in that situation.
Advice welcome.

just got the ipod nano silver thingy. Pissing me off no end. GIVE ME AN MP3 PLAYER THAT LASTS! How pathetic is it to have Apple make it so the bastard needs a specific format; what's wrong with using the formats normal human beings use? The piece of shit took all night to convert all my songs...THEN PUTS THEM IN FOLDERS BY THEIR ARTIST! I DON'T FUCKING KNOW WHO SANG HALF OF THE SONGS I'VE GOT! x< I was scrolling through thinking, who the fuck is that?! Then half of them are 'track...' coz I only changed their display names! Now I'm really fucking pissed. SO I think: I'll just put them in the folder system I had before (it's weird, but I know where everything is)I stopped after half and hour though coz it was fucking BORING. So just fuck it, I'll put the songs on the damn thing and sort the rest out when I can be arsed...Obviously now that I've moved them the twat doesn't know where they are...@#£$*@~&£$~#@~*"$£% about three hours before I'd finished, and thar was only locating the songs that I want on the twat.

Got the new Franking machine at work today...0_0 I think it wants to take over the world...I think I'll move the letter opener far away from it coz it would be a bad influence. They're both beasts, well, I thought the new electric letter opener was a beast (the ltrs really HIT the wall when it spits them back out) but this Franker is a BEAST. Not only does it catapult ltrs out the other end but it's huge. It's about 6 times bigger that the old one. I was given a quick show around it (showed me how to do this and that, and what NOT to do, once) and I had today and going to have tomorrow to get familiarised enough with it that I can tutor three other people on it *_* One of them works in reception with me, so I can show her again on the Tues and Wed but come Thurs and Fri, I'm on my break and she's off (only a part-timer), poor Di and Jenny/Mark (probably be one of the two)will be left to do it all - hope it's Jenny, lets see how she likes enveloping her own mammoth stake of mail XD

Got a email off of Tiscali telling me I have heavy bandwidth usage. So, now I can't do what I want on the internet I'm paying for without being transferrd to a slower line. I sent them an email with some questions regarding this and have just read their reply...what a load of bollocks. They didn't answer any of my questions; instead pointed me in the direction of an achieve of articles they have and to find out for myself, wait, they did tell me that their version of a large file would be something 50-100+ mb...WHAT! THAT'S FUCKING NOTHING! Big fat penis heads, is what they are.

Just watched the first ep of InuYasha. The intro was, well, crap. Had more the feeling of random clips which will probably be just fine further into the serise, but not for the first time veiwer. The second thing was the voices. At first I went: NO, bad Japanese casting! Especially with InuYasha. But about half way through I realised, yeah, they're okay. Then by the end it was: Woah, Dude! InuYasha's voice REALLY fits the character. I had him pegged as a bit more mature person from the manga, but he's not really, he's a demon teenager and totally immature and the voice is perfect!
This has cheered me up ^_^

Getting more pissed off. I'm looking after Grandad's house while he's in hospitel starting tomorrow and now I've just been told I can't start tomorrow coz I've got to look after my fucking little cousin. Okay, I can appresiate that it's because Nanna's getting depreased coz of the little shit face. The kid can be okay, but you've got to be in the mood to put up with her, and quite frankly I'm not in that mood right now.
